Learning Features
Problems with flashcard practice, AI chat sessions not loading, or missing verb data? Please include your device and browser (or app version) so we can reproduce the issue.
Content Appeals
If a moderation action was taken on your account and you'd like to appeal, email us with the subject line "Moderation Appeal". See our Moderation Policy for details.
Data Deletion Requests
To delete your account and all associated data, go to account settings in the app, or email us at support@tagtalk.ph with the subject line "Delete My Account". We'll process your request within 30 days.
Privacy & Data Requests
To request a copy of your data or ask about how your data is used, email us with the subject line "Privacy Request". See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Safety & Child Safety Reports
For urgent safety concerns — especially anything involving the safety of a child — email support@tagtalk.ph with the subject line "Safety Report". We respond within 24 hours. See our Child Safety Policy for more.
