The questions everyone asks

Is my card charged during the free trial?
No. Your 14-day trial is free. We'll only start billing $9.99/month after the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then without being charged.
What happens after the trial?
After the 14-day trial, AI conversation practice, grammar corrections, journals, lessons, reports, and teacher messaging require Premium membership.
Is the $9.99 membership the same as paying a teacher?
No, they're separate. The $9.99/month membership unlocks the premium app features. Subscribing to a specific teacher's package is an additional, optional payment set by that teacher — and they keep 100% of it.
Can I cancel? What happens to my access?
Yes, cancel anytime. You'll keep premium access until the end of your current billing period, then paid features pause unless you restart membership.
How do teachers get paid?
Through Stripe. Teachers withdraw their full earnings to their bank once a service period completes, with a $25 minimum withdrawal. See the For Teachers page for details.
